1. Returns & Exchanges Policy:
– Products on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon/gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please refer to the size chart carefully for sale items.
– Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. A box opening video and photo are required for processing.
– Made to order items (Lehengas & Sarees) are not returnable.

2. Exchange Policy:
– We do not offer refunds. Products can be exchanged for a different size (subject to conditions).
– Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Cancellation:
– Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
– Sonali Methi’s decision regarding cancellations is final.

4. Credit Note:
– If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued via email, valid for 30 days.

5. Partial Order Exchange:
– Partial order exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

6. Garment Fit:
– For size exchanges or alterations, contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
– If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be offered.

7. Reasons for Non-Acceptance of Exchange:
– Disliking material or color, or minor variations due to monitor resolution are not valid reasons for exchange.
– Products must be unwashed and unworn for exchange.
– Sale items and certain categories are non-returnable.

– Shipping is free in India at the purchase of 15000/-. Duties and taxes are charged based on your country’s regulations.
